A relational psychotherapist, working towards developing quality care in the mental health field. Passionate about community care engagement and mental health advocacy. My therapeutic style integrates psychodynamic therapy, relational approaches and narrative practices. I adopt multi-disciplinary working with stakeholders, including children and young people from 13-25 years of age, families, teachers and professionals. I like to research mental health, trauma, grief, attachment styles, psychotherapy process and outcome, and the impact of culture and community on mental health and social policies. I have experience in curating and delivering modules that focus on strengths-based approaches for imparting lessons, enhancing motivation, and self-reflection.
